Kelly Rowland (from the girl group Destiny's Child) recently did a photoshop with USA Today. I love the white dress. The ruffles and the sash belt gives it the perfect touches, and the flower dress is soo cute! I love the fact that its different and daring. It takes a DOLL to wear something like that. Always remember, you cant just wear something, you have to OWN it.
